The hotel had a few drawbacks, like not-so-clean rooms and some service issues, but it was conveniently located near popular attractions. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad. Overall, an average stay.

6.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Manchester with easy access to key attractions, but the experience with the rooms and service had its drawbacks. Although the rooms were spacious and had a king-size bed, the issue with the fan was uncomfortable. On the bright side, the proximity to Manchester Arena and Arndale Shopping Centre was a huge plus.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious with a king-size bed, but there was a discomfort with the faulty fan.
Service
5.0
The service provided was a bit of a letdown with the staff being unhelpful and suggesting we were lying about room problems, but the dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services were efficient.
Location
9.0
One of the best parts about the hotel is its central location in Manchester, making it easy to reach key spots like the Manchester Arena and shopping centres. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and stores adds to its appeal.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its flaws, with an over-crowded and chaotic setting initially but improved with time. The dining options were limited but sufficient.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had decent facilities overall, catering to basic needs without any standout features.

7.0/10

The hotel had simple and bright rooms, with a strange wet room shower layout that led to a puddle in the bathroom. Although the room was clean with a great shower, it was oddly set up for specific needs. The lack of onsite parking and the distant parking location raised security concerns. The service, however, was top-notch with lovely and friendly staff who were accommodating and quick. The location was perfect for attending events at the Manchester Arena and exploring the city, but the small dining area caused queues during peak times. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor inconvenience.
